DEPOSITS
Motel
Units
Covering one day's rate is requested to confirm advance
reservations. Motel rooms without a deposit will NOT be held
behond 4:00 p.m. All rates are subject to Massachusetts State
Sales Tax 5.7% and Mashpee Sales Tax 4.0% (Total 9.7%). Two
(2) week cancellation notice required for refund -- less $25.00 service
charge.
Housekeeping
Units
Available from Saturday to Saturday. A $100.00 deposit is required
for each week that is reserved to confirm your reservation. Should
it be necessary to cancel your reservation, we require a three (3) week
notice for full refund. Two (2) week cancellation notice required
for refund -- less $25.00 service charge. Balance of bill can be
paid on or before arrival by cash, personal check, money order or
traveler's checks. Credit cards accepted. A three (3) day
minimum reservation is required for "Holiday Weekends."
